Manufacturer's 12 months warranty
Seacure Bags (herein referred to as SB) warrants that from the
date of purchase, should the product be deemed by SB to have
failed due to faulty materials or workmanship within 12 months,
the product will be replaced free of charge under the terms of
this warranty.
SB shall not be liable under this warranty should our examination
detect neglect, misuse or accidental damage and/or abuse or that
the product was not cared for in accordance with the written care
and use instructions supplied with the unit at the time of
purchase.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from non-operation
of, damage to, any other goods, services, furnishing, fittings or
property.
SB or any of its resellers will not be responsible for loss or
damage to any items stored within.
This warranty does not displace any statutory warranty in
relation to the product; however SB's total liability under any
statutory warranty will be limited to the replacement of the
product free of charge.
How to claim on warranty
Contact our customer care department at sales@seacurebags.com within
the warranty period to obtain warranty authorization, address of
your nearest service centre and instructions to proceed.
Please keep the product backing card with warranty and care
instructions and your purchase receipt as proof for date of
purchase will be required under the terms of this warranty.
